What kind of photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo with the subject centered works best. Portraits, family photos, and pet photos all work great. Avoid photos that are very dark, blurry, or where the subject is very small in the frame.
Can I preview my mug before ordering?
Yes! As soon as you upload your photo you'll see a 3D rotating preview of your mug. You can spin it to see every side and make changes before you enter any payment information.
What art styles are available?
We offer five styles: Original photo, Vintage, Watercolor, Oil Painting, and Pencil Sketch. Black-and-white photos also get a Colorize option. Select a style on the design screen and the 3D preview updates instantly.
What mug sizes are available?
We offer an 11 oz standard mug (3.8″ tall, 3.2″ diameter) and a 15 oz large mug (4.7″ tall, 3.3″ diameter). You can switch sizes on the design screen and the price updates before you order.
What are the mugs made of?
Our mugs are white ceramic with a glossy finish. Your design is printed using dye-sublimation — dye ink is transferred directly onto the ceramic with heat — making for a durable, vibrant image. The mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe, and are lead and BPA free.
How long does production and shipping take?
Production typically takes 2–5 business days. Shipping time depends on the method selected at checkout. Standard shipping within the US generally takes an additional 3–7 business days.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a leading payment processor. We never see or store your card details.
Can I return or exchange my mug?
All products are custom-made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
Will the watermark appear on my mug?
No. The "Preview by Treasure Studio" watermark only appears on the preview thumbnails shown during the design process. Your finished mug will have a clean, watermark-free image.
Who fulfills and ships my order?
Orders are produced and shipped by Printful, a professional print-on-demand fulfillment service. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
