1. About These Terms

By using Treasure Studio at treasurestudio.art ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. The Site is operated by InstaCraft ("we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Photos and Content

You retain ownership of any photos you upload. By uploading a photo, you grant us a limited license to use it solely to produce and fulfill your order. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any image you upload. Do not upload images that are copyrighted by others, sexually explicit, or otherwise unlawful.

4. All Sales Final

All products are custom-made to order. Because each item is personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

6. Fulfillment and Shipping

Orders are fulfilled by Printful. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, with shipping time depending on the method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the order has been dispatched.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstaCraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content, designs, software, and trademarks (excluding your uploaded photos) are the property of InstaCraft and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
